Clinic reviews

“I am appalled at the incredible unprofessionalism of Nancy at the front desk in her abject refusal to assist me in making an appointment. After being referred for audiology appointment by primary care at Offutt AFB, United Health Care gave me an authorization number and referred me to your clinic. Nancy first told me she can't do anything with my authorization number and can't make an appointment without a referral from my doctor. So I called referral management center and they told me that your clinic would have to contact them in order for referral management center to send the referral. I then called your clinic back and explained to Nancy what referral management told me, only for her to rant at me about how "no, she's NEVER had to make a call" and for her to yell at me that "that's not my job!" and hang up. Regardless of whether such lines are in the job description, I'm amazed that she wouldn't go even a small step to help a serviceman out. What a complete and disgraceful failure of customer service. ”
