“Lee Oines has a kind heart and impeccably diligent practice as an Audiologist. She makes you feel listened to and cared about you as a patient. After having her for years she is the kind of Audiologist you want to stick with forever because she goes out of her way to give individual care and attention to each of her patients. She goes above and beyond. She has even facilitated donations of FM systems between other patients for whom equipment did not work out and they returned items, by helping to pass on that equipment to other patients who needed it. She helps resolve any billing issues when brought to her attention. She is worth the referral and the effort to see her. The only struggle which sometimes can happen is the front desk receptionists are not always friendly and at times they can be rude. Billing depending on what type of insurance you have can be tricky and require multiple phone calls to the billing office, passing between multiple people in the Hearing Balance office and the Billing office staff who are not always sure who is responsible. So that kind of comes with the package. You have to be willing to work with Lee's team to get her services as an Audiologist professional, but overall she is worth it. You have to just let her know when stuff like that happens immediately so she can deal with it because it will happen on occasion and the sooner you deal with it the better, so the office manager can get notified to have the issues fixed. ”
“Lee has been my audiologist for 17 years and is always in tune to the -exact- cause, effect and correct hearing aid for your specific hearing loss. She is a doctor of audiology and is very good at what she does. ”
“I liked how she took the time, her availability to talk to me instead of rushing out... Just giving the time answering questions.”
“It was good. He went straight to the point and didn't mess around. ”
“He seemed to know what he was doing. Very professional and good with people. ”
