“I read all of the negative comments on this site. My experience was very positive. The staff & Dr. Gainor were attentive & responsive to my questions & concerns. I thought I might need surgery but did not. Doc spent time showing explaining CAT scan & prescribed therapy. Everyone was great!”
“I recently had wax removed from both ears at Mid Michigan ENT. All the staff - from the check in to check out - were so friendly and helpful. The procedure itself was painless and effective. Wait time was minimal. This practice is doing a very good job, especially during Covid. I would definitely recommend Mid Michigan ENT.”
“Office staff extremely rude and not helpful.”
“ I would like to thank Dr. Hennessey for helping me hear again. He is an excellent doctor who seems to really care for his patients. He is very thorough and explains things so you can understand them. I would also like to say thank you to Krista Dornbos who helped me with my hearing aids. She is very professional and explains things so you can understand and very nice to you does not make you feel dumb or that your questions are stupid. She was wonderful.”
“Staff was very polite and thorough, but Dr. Goebel made you feel like you were wasting his time. Avoid him if you can.”
