“I went to an appointment for my hearing impaired brother at Grosse Pointe Audiology. Dr. Ginny Lezotte was very informative and incredibly patient with my brother in fitting him with new hearing aids. By the time we left, my brother was able hear us without trying to read our lips. Dr. Lezotte is the best. She and Grosse Pointe Audiology deserve a much better review than I can possibly write. 5 stars are just not enough! I highly recommend Dr. Lezotte.”

“My moms physician actually referred her to Grosse Point Audiology and I’m so glad she did. The staff is great! The audiologist addressed each of our concerns, he communicated pricing to fit her budget and needs. It only took a couple days from her hearing test to receive her hearing aids. Great staff, they handled my mom with the utmost care and respect and that’s important to me. ”

“I am beyond thrilled with Dr. Behnke and Dr. Lezotte! We walked in hoping that they could just do earmolds for my 4 year old son and they've been able to provide so much more! Dr. Behnke worked so well with my son that her and Dr. Lezotte were able to get a comprehensive hearing evaluation that DMC could not get from my son! I highly recommend GP Audiology! They go above and beyond. ”

“I recently took my 93 year old mother to Grosse Pointe Audiology for new hearing aides. She was resistant to getting new hearing aides because she said hearing aides never work. We had the good fortune of working with Dr. Ginette Lezotte who tested my mother's hearing, explained the results to her and I, and then provided information on different types of options for new hearing aides. We choose based on her recommendations and my mother could not be more pleased. My mother's ability to hear has improved greatly: she now can participate in conversations at home and even in noisy surroundings. They are easy to use and maintain. I have high expectations of health care professionals as I am a nurse. Dr. Lezotte was professional, patient with our questions and kind. It was obvious that customer satisfaction is very important to them. There trial policy and return policy ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Grosse Pointe Audiology.”
