“She was very professional in her demeanor. She explained everything. She was very patient and very courteous. My follow up to find out the results is not until the end of this month and I thought that that was really crazy that it would take so long to get a follow up appointment to find out why I'm having difficulty hearing.”
“They were professional. Four stars.”
