“ I visited the Hearing Solutions office because for several days I couldn't get full volume in one of the devices. When I saw Sheree she restored the sound immediately and showed me the problem. In the past few months, wax in my ear had clogged the receptor, and she showed me again how to replace the tiny section that came with my purchase. “I have had my Oticon Real hearing aids for about a year. I am very happy with these, and with the service at this office. Recently, I purchased the ConnectClip accessory to use with my aids. I use it to connect to my computer to stream sound from videos, and listen to music online. Using the ConnectClip with my music setting on the app provides a wonderful listening experience. Music has always been important in my life, and I am hearing it in a way I have not in years. The full spectrum of sound with more appropriate blance of frequencies. I have also used it with online meetings and can hear so much better with the direct audio, and was told by a colleague that the mic gives better sound for the other in the meeting. It has also been valuable in noisy restaurants. I can turn on the mic, and the person with me clips it on or uses the lanyard, and I can hear them clearly over the background noise. It also allows for remote calling with an android phone, but I do not need that function (at least not right now). It has been work the expense to add this accessory. ”
