Susan Rogan Menozi, doctor of audiology, earned her BA from Marquette University and her MS in Audiology from Purdue University. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Audiology from The University of Florida.

She was selected as one of the eleven nationwide sites by the 3M Corporation to dispense the first computerized hearing instruments.

It was the combination of the computer's ability to infinitely make hearing aid adjustments along with patient counseling in finding hearing solutions to loss and lifestyles that truly formed Susan's philosophy.

Consequently, Susan decided to open her own private practice. At SUSAN ROGAN HEARING, INC., "hearing the difference" has been the number one goal of this business since its inception. As a certified, licensed clinical audiologist, Susan has combined her counseling skills along with advanced computer technology in assisting patients.

Susan is currently a member of the American Academy of Audiologists, the Illinois Academy of Audiology and the American Audiology Society. In 2005 and 2006, she served as President of the Illinois Academy of Audiology.

“I have gone to Susan for over 35 years and recommend her to everyone I know who needs hearing aids. I have just moved out of state and I miss going to her. She is so up-to-date on hearing aids, works tirelessly if the need arises, is very professional, and spends whatever time you need to answer questions. She is the best!”

“She was very professional, they were quick, they knew what they were doing and she was able to share with me what was going on. She told me I'd eventually be deaf completely. Nobody had ever told me that before. So at least I knew my hearing was getting worse and worse and before I didn't know that because of the type of hearing problem I had, that that is what it meant. It was sensorineural hearing loss, and she had a great website.”

About this hearing center

Susan Rogan Hearing was opened in September of 1993 Westmont, Illinois. In keeping with the 'hear the difference' theme, technology was the key to our design. Networked computers were initially installed with a definite eye to the future. Hearing aid fittings and adjustments are far more customer friendly when performed by a highly technical computer rather than a simple screwdriver, as had been the norm. Giving our patients the technological advances these computers made available along with competent, friendly service has been the cornerstone of our practice.
