Tessa Gilfillan-Jones

Licensed clinical audiologist Tessa Gilfillan-Jones earned her bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and her master’s degree from the Central Institute for the Deaf at Washington University St. Louis. She has been a part of Morton Audiology since 2004. In 2013, she stepped into Gail Pollock’s shoes as the owner of Morton Audiology. Tessa carries on Gail’s original vision for a small-town local family-owned business which defines success by patient loyalty and a trustworthy reputation, not the bottom line. Tessa specializes in taking the time to communicate with patients, discover their needs and address their concerns.

“I've been going to Morton Audiology since 2002, before Tessa was involved full time. When she took over the business, the quality of care and service has continued to be excellent. I am currently living in the UK, and Tessa has been able to continue to give me good advise and service. I highly recommend Morton Audiology if you have any issues with your hearing!”
