Dr. Megan Novak is a licensed audiologist who earned her bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and her doctorate in audiology from Illinois State University in Normal.
Dr. Novak’s interests lie in hearing aid services, aural rehabilitation and hearing aid fittings. She is knowledgeable in the latest technology in order to offer the best solution to her patients individual hearing needs.

“We were disappointed with every aspect of this place. The administrative assistants were a disaster - couldn't figure out how to send medical records, the Dr. we visited was really unhelpful after my 2 year old had 7 ear infections in 7 months. He actually questioned our pediatrician's diagnoses. We never waited less than 45 minutes and walked out of 2 appts because of wait times. Overall, total disaster.”
