Jennifer Howard is a licensed audiologist who joined our team of professionals in 2015. She earned her Master’s degree in audiology from the University of Cincinnati and completed her Clinical Fellowship at the VA hospital in Long Beach California. Jennifer holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is knowledgeable in the latest technology in hearing aids and devices.

“I'm a new patient at this facility and underwent some hearing test that lead to me needing a hearing aid. Loss of hearing at a relatively young age is a hard thing to deal with but they walked me through my options for hearing aids, answered all my questions patiently and even let me try a sample hearing aid out for 2 weeks to see how it worked for me. I would definitely recommend Wilmington Audiology. ”
“I met with them regarding purchasing a hearing aid. They stated they would contact me after they hear from my insurance company. My insurance company sent me and Wilmington Audiology notification of approval within 10 days. Wilmington Audiology received the $2,500 payment from my insurance company quickly, but they did not contact me to come in to receive the hearing aid. After a month, I had to call them. They had my insurance money for quite some time without notifying me. Upon calling them, they just stated they "forgot" and did not offer an apology!”
