With nearly 40 years' experience Virginia Duclos is an expert in providing patient-focused, compassionate hearing care. Well versed in the latest technology, Virginia is a Hearing Instrument Specialist dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized care to patients in Meridan and Portland. She remains current with on-going continuing education and is proud to have provided customized treatment plans for her patients since 1985 when she and her husband, Gerard began serving patients in Central Connecticut. It's Virginia's passion for improving her patients' quality of life that inspires her every day. In addition to her expansive experience, she is also on the Advisory Board of CHADO (Connecticut Hearing Aid Dispensers Organization).

“Hallelujah! Is all I have to say about this wonderful experience! Actually, if I may proclaim, my mom thought her hearing problem was beyond hope. Almost everywhere she went every person trying to talk to her felt sad and upset that mom couldn’t hear their words, however thanks to the caring prompting of Dr. Matthew, my mother went to All Ears, got tested and can hear once again!!! The kind, Dr. Virginia carefully tested mom, and found awesome hearing aids that will renew moms life, alleviating sense of feeling left out, and mom will live and hear again , so thankful!!!!”
