“Even though my hearing devices were out of warranty, Madeline, took great care of getting my Phonaks sent in and repaired. Within a week I had my hearing aids up and working again. I can't say enough about the great service and friendly people at the Ft. Collins office. Thanks Madeline and the staff at All About Hearing Fort Collins.”
“Just a comment for other stubborn old, hard-of-hearing, fellas like me. 7 years ago, finally tired of missing the punch line of jokes and granddaughters' whispered secrets, so I went looking for help. After a couple false starts, my doctor referred me to All About Hearing and- while they are 170 miles from home- I gave it a try and couldn't be happier. 7 years with the skill and professionalism of Dr. Brenna Whittey, with her added patience, candor and empathy, have been exactly what I needed. She and Julie (at the front desk) are considerate, always mindful of the distance I have to travel, and pleasantly upbeat and anxious to help. For each appointment I bring my list of questions - always answered patiently and clearly by Brenna. A hearing aid doesn't make things perfect but now- thanks to Brenna and the staff- I can more often laugh at jokes and better hear those precious secrets. For Dr. Whittey and All About Hearing, 5 stars are not enough. ”
