“Dr. Shawn Denham has been a wonderful audiologist for my needs. A lifetime of Eustachian tube dysfunction- ear infections and myrygotomy ear tubes has left me with permanent holes in my ear drums- great for preventing ear infections, less great for sound conduction. Dr. Denham, also a hearing aide wearer has the kindness and patience borne of understanding and empathizing with hearing loss. She speaks clearly, to my face, verifying that I've heard and understood her. When it was time to accept that I needed hearing aides she helped me find the pair that would work best for my circumstances and when I need help with adjustments she knows exactly how to help. I adore her. Seeing her has been life altering for all the right reasons. It's so nice to be able to join in the laughter because you've heard the punchline!”
