“Every employee is knowledgeable and very professional. All appointments are kept timely. My hearing aids are over 6 years old and I was told they are working fine and I do not need new ones.”
“Dr. House referred me to him. I had enclosed hearing aids produced for me. I had no trouble hearing noise and its direction, but had trouble with comprehending speech. I saw him twice, and the second time I said if I can't hear speech this is not going to work for me. His response was I guess you're used to being deaf instead of providing corrective action. ”
