“Had a 1 year checkup. Christina was very thorough and listened to what I had to say about my experience with the hearing aids. She made some critical adjustments so that my hearing aids will work the way I like them to.”
“The audiologists at Metro hearing are very professional. Dan has been friendly and very helpful with my hearing needs. The Bluetooth option of my hearing aids is great. If your considering purchasing the television accessory, do it! You’ll be glad you did!”
“Good job. Updated previous hearing aid. Dan used newest technologies to accurately test, assess and fit latest products for optimal results. Cheaper isn't better as we've watched family/friends try many offices & brands. Best product results I've had in 15 years of devices. Extensive follow-up to assure satisfaction. ”
“Dan Trimble is an excellent audiologist! With his help, I now have new hearing aids that have changed my life. Once again I am part of all the conversations I was missing out on. Many thanks to Dan and Metro Hearing!”
“Previously posted this review: “Took my hearing aids in for repair. Great news they are under warranty they said. Need new “firmware” free. about 2 weeks later , they’re in. That will be $50 bucks! They’re under warranty. Oh the 50 is for the office visit. Wait, I walked in with no appointment, they looked at them and said theyre under warranty, we will send them in. No $50 dollars no hearing aids.” Now posting this review: “So I am reposting for a review I left previously. Seems the new girl was, not very well educated for her position. All in all, I was taken care of. So much so as I have ZERO complaints. Dan is a great guy. Always was and am sure he will continue to be. The office manager has apologized numerous times and I have accepted that and moved forward. Thank you Alma and Dan for your concern and help.” ”
