“Very frustrating as no one ever answers the phone. Finally, just went to the office dropped off one hearing aide to be repaired. Called to follow up in a week. Was not told they were closing for a week. So when I called to follow up a recording said closed on June 3O until July 10. In the meantime the other one quit working. So my husband is without now until?????? Just very disheartening. He has only had them 3 years and we’re very expensive. No customer service whatsoever. Like no one cared to even speak to us much less listen. ”
