“I purchased my hearing aides on December 30, 2021. The audiologist told me at that time that if I had any problems or issues to just let her know so the problem could be taken care of. I went in the Council Bluffs office this morning and told the lady up front that I was having a couple of issues and could I talk to the audiologist. She said no that I have to fill out a form describing the issues and they would review it. She said or I could go to the Omaha office that does walk ins. I’m very disappointed that they did not live up to their word of addressing any issues I may have. I really do feel like I was terribly mislead by them when I made the decision to purchase my hearing aides from them.”
