Dr. Nicole Anzalone is a licensed audiologist through the state of New York. She earned her doctorate degree in audiology in 2007. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Anzalone specializes in several areas of audiology including hearing aid fittings, hearing aid services, repairs and computerized hearing aid Verifications. Hobbies include drumming, dancing, and cake decorating.
Erin Bagley,

Audiologist
Dr. Erin Bagley obtained her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences and her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from SUNY Geneseo. After spending several years working with the Birth-5 population, she went to Syracuse University to earn her Clinical Doctorate of Audiology. She enjoys helping people of all ages hear their best, with an interest in pediatrics, Auditory Processing Disorder, and cochlear implants. She is a native of the Syracuse area. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and extended family, as well as hiking, gardening, and reading.

“The doctors are great, but their scheduling system is awful. On one occasion we waited more than two hours and finally had to leave for another appointment without seeing anyone. On two other occasions we showed up at our appointment time and they did not not have our appointment in their system. Not sure if it's a system problem, or more likely, a human error on their part. In any event, they need to pay attention to this issue.”
