“I had a sudden severe hearing loss several years ago. Me ears screeched for 3 hours. I couldn't hear. I went to an ear specialist and nothing could be done. I was devastated. I went toa hearing aid specialist .I didn't know this provider wasn't certified to sell hearng aids. I made many visits to them. They never did get the hearing aids programed correctly. I lost allot of money. I found Sue by a stroke of luck. i was in a store next to her location. I went in. she had time to check my hearing aids. she was able to help me. I didn't have an appointment. I was basically out $3000.00. Sue gave me a hearing test. I couldn't hear well. I ordered new hearing aids from her. Sue is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her customers. My current hearing aids had a malfunction and she told me come in the same day. She adjusted my hearing aids and I was just thrilled. I need a backup pair of hearing aids. She is amazing.
