“I have been wearing hearing aids for several years. I was told by my last doctor just a few years ago that I had to have a mold for my left ear because of surgery I had. Well Dr. Sally said that was no problem that she could fit me with a regular tip just like I have in my normal ear. I am so thankful that she did this for me. It is so much more comfortable and better in every way. Also, she cleaned out my bad ear that had a bunch of crud in it without charging me any extra. Last time I paid an ENT doctor 450.00 to do the same thing. I love my new hearing aids from Dr. Sally! I highly recommend Dr Sally - owner of Bridgewater Balance and Hearing!!”
“Today was my first visit for screening for hearing aids. All the staff (including the intern) were very professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Micayla did a through evaluation and at the end told me that at this point I don’t really need hearing aids. Most other places would have gladly sold me one just for coming in. This practice is definitely a 5 Star clinic!”
“Update to previous review - I have updated my review to 5 stars. There was a miscommunication between myself and the receptionist regarding charges. We have resolved the issue. I appreciate the care and concern shown by Dr. Sally for her patients. I have since visited Bridgewater hearing and I’m still impressed by the congeniality and caring staff. Thank you, Dr. Sally! 3 Star review: I went this facility to have my Siemens hearing aids adjusted. I told the person setting my appointment that these were Siemens hearing aids and asked if they serviced them. I was told that it was not a problem and she would make sure that whoever saw me would have everything they needed for the Siemens hearing aids. Two interns assisted, they did another hearing test although I’d had 2 years before. No problem when they told me that the hearing test was $50. They had to find the Siemens parts, this took about 20-30 minutes. Then I receive the bill - $186. This was after a $220 insurance payment. I called and asked about all of the charges and was told that each test they performed in the booth was a different cost. I would have liked to have been informed of this at the onset instead of them telling me that the test was only $50. The employees were nice, I really should’ve been informed of all of the charges in the beginning. ”
“If you want a thorough compassionate considerate hearing exam look no further. From setting up the appointments, to the exam and all the way through acquiring hearing aids, Dr Sally and her staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr Sally preformed most thorough exam, with details other doctors never went over and others didn't do/cover. The entire family from infant hearing checks, routine hearing exams and even in our family- special hearing cases - Dr Sally can do it all. ”
“My whole experience, from making an appointment to getting hearing aids, has been above and beyond expectations! Dr. Baerman truly cares for her patients and will do anything within her power to make sure our mutual goals are achieved. Highly recommended!!”
