He patiently answered all my questions and calmly explained what to expect and how the experience would be. He made sure that all of my low ranges of hearing loss were adjusted properly. I was able to hear and enjoy sounds, as I used to. His experience helping older people is his strength! He certainly didn’t mind answering whatever questions I had big or small.
