Dr. Dusty Jessen is a licensed audiologist who has been serving patients for 20 years. She earned a Doctorate in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences and a Master’s degree in Audiology from Arizona State University. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of the Academy of Rehabilitative Audiology, the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and the Hearing Loss Association of America. Dr. Jessen is the author of Frustrated by Hearing Loss? 5 Keys to Communication Success. This consumer handbook is being used by hearing care professionals around the world to help their patients cope with the challenges related to hearing loss.
