“Great team that is always flexible and professional and easy to work with.”
“Dr. Kingham set me up with my first hearing aids about 5 years ago. She took time to explain functionality and it helped me understand what to expect. When I had changes in my hearing recently, she helped me explore my new needs and, again she explained the newest technology. I am very pleased with the service and results of my journey with Dr. Kingham!”
“I have used hearing aids for 35 years. I began using Dr Kingham 20 years ago. I find her to be highly knowledgeable in a wide variety of hearing aids and servicing the hearing impaired to live a more complete and normal life. I recently moved to another state, but that does not prevent me from driving 3 hours each way to see her. She’s that good!”
“Great customer service on every interaction! Very responsive to my scheduling requests and flexibility in trying to meet my schedule. Lesa is always very welcoming and helpful for my needs. I just recently started seeing Dr. Kingham, and she has been awesome. She is very knowledgeable, and has done a great job in helping me determine what brand of new hearing aids I should consider. Whenever she does not know the answer, she is always willing to do the research to find the answer. They are customer focused and will always do what is best for YOU!”
“My experiences with Eastside Audology have been excellent since 2014 when I first was seen there. The newer examinations at my recent visit impressed me. The testing is much more real world with hearing loss . Ms Kingham was excellent at explaining the new information to me. The staff creates a welcoming atmosphere. I have found most health care settings do not convey this personalized care.”
