“I purchased hearing aids around 2 years ago in Tampa. They were never comfortable and so I seldom wore them. Today I visited Michaela Moravcova and I am so pleased with the time she spent making sure they were set correctly. I don’t even know I have them in my ears. I came home and was able to turn off closed captioning on my TV. I can hear perfectly now. I would recommend her to anyone who needs hearing aids. Thank you Michaela for extraordinary service. ”

“ Normally go to a location that takes my insurance but with the current state of affairs they have been closed for six weeks and won't return calls. I researched for hearing aid locations in my area and after vetting several I found that the hearing institute of Tampa Bay was the best opportunity go me to get my hearing aids cleaned. I called and Michaela returned my call quickly. She had an opening for today so I took it. I was greeted with a very friendly welcome, filled out a little paperwork and she took me in after sanitizing the area after her last patients. She examined my hearing aids and explained what she found. Then did a complete cleaning. I was thrilled to have my hearing back and she is the reason. I highly recomend the Hearing Institute of Tampa Bay and Michaela.”

“I didn't want to admit that I had a hearing problem, but my wife, Julie, convinced me to have an evaluation. I did have a significant hearing loss. She doesn't have to repeat herself nearly as often since I got my hearing aids. Michaela is wonderful and has been very patient with me, checking my hearing aids on a weekly basis for a month. I think we finally have it set up where I am satisfied and am hearing well. She is thorough, cooperative, patient and obviously cares about her patients. My wife is an RN and has been very pleased with her professionalism and caring demeanor. We would highly recommend her if you need hearing aids. ”
