“After losing my charger, I asked Mary to order a new one. She quoted me $250. I ok'd it. She notified me when it came in, so I went to get it. After arriving home, I noticed my receipt was for $275. Thinking that was too much for a small charger. I went online and could buy one for $65, so I did. I felt her markup was too high.”
