I got an updated processorfrom Dr. Teele some five years ago and did well without needing furtherremediation or service. Now that processor is obsolete, though still perfectly fumctional, and I returned to Dr. Teele to get a new one as I was so impressed with her effective programming and sympathetic service. Batteries for my old processor had also been discontinued, but Dr. Teele found an extra one and provided it in case I needed my old processor as a backup for the new one.”

McKenna Horvath was outstanding in setting up and critiquing my hearing aids to give me excellent hearing abilities. I was never rushed through the hole process. Definitely recommend this office. Update February 24, 2024 - I have the new Nexia hearing aids from Resound. I couldn't be more pleased with them. I took a big step-up to the Nexia model from my Signia hearing aids. I made this change after speaking with specialist Ms. Horvath. She was able to show me with the program software used in the office how I could improve my hearing by making the change to the Resound Nexia hearing aids. I was very pleased to know that Innovative Hearing uses updated and current testing equipment like "True Hearing Test" which has really helped me in getting the most out of my hearing aids. Dr. Keith Teele, explained to me indepth how our brain and ears function together which helped me to better understand how hearing aids work, which helped me further to understand all the adjustments they make to our hearing aids, and why there are multiple visits needed to get the most out of our hearing aids.
