Dr. Lance Greer,
AuD, FAAA

Audiologist

Heber, AZ native Lance Greer is a licensed doctor of audiology. For nearly two decades he has enjoyed living in the St. George area. After earning his Master’s of Science in Audiology from Brigham Young University, Dr. Greer received a Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University.

As a co-owner of Advanced Hearing & Balance Specialists, Dr. Greer specializes in vestibular rehabilitation, diagnostic balance and dizziness assessments for adults, hearing aid sales and service, counseling, as well as diagnostic hearing assessments for children and adults alike. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, being involved in Dixie Sunrise Rotary Club events and spending time with his wife and their five children.

Dr. Heather Smith,
AuD

Audiologist

Dr. Heather A. Smith earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2018 from Idaho State University. She works with patients of all ages and has a keen interest in balance assessments and auditory brainstem response evaluation and interpretation. When not providing compassionate, individualized care, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with her husband and seven children.

Dr. TaNeil Dodsworth,

Audiologist

Dr. Taneil Dodsworth is a licensed audiologist earned her Doctorate in audiology from the University of Utah. She specializes in hearing and balance disorders and helping those with special needs. Her personal mission is to ensure patients of all backgrounds have access to the opportunity of improved hearing and balance.
