“My Dad had a very bad wreck and was in the hospital. The first thing he realized was that one of his hearing aids was lost. He asked me to go to Albany Hearing Aid Center and see if they could find a way to get another device ASAP. They said they would do their best to get one quickly. In the mean time my Dad was talking extremely loud to everyone and was very upset because he couldn’t hear. The gentleman we spoke to called the next day to let us know that they ordered a new hearing aid and it would be over- nighted to us. Albany Hearing Aid Center called the next day and said the new hearing aid was in and we could come pick it up. I picked it up and took it to him in the hospital. He was so relieved! When he was discharged we went to Albany Hearing Aid Center for some adjustments and he was very satisfied. They really came through for us and we really appreciate their help. ”

“My husband wears hearing aids, and we have 2 dogs in the house. One day he decided to remove the aids and take a nap in his chair. While he was napping, one of the dogs got a hold of one of the hearing aids. By the time we found it, the dog had chewed it up pretty bad. I took it to Albany Hearing Aid Center and they were so friendly and helpful. I was really worried that it was going to cost hundreds if not thousands to replace it. Much to my surprise, they were able to replace the damaged pieces for about $75. I was really happy with the way they were able to repair my husbands hearing aid at such a reasonable cost. We will continue to use Albany Hearing Aid Center in the future. They treated us like family, and we are thankful for their service! ”
“Brought my mother in to see if a hearing aid could be repaired. We had been told by another provider that it could not be repaired and that I would have to buy another one. They looked at the hearing aid and said the volume needed to be turned up. Thanks for honesty saved my mother some money she didn't need to spend.”
“Dear Sir/Madam Approximately a week and a half ago while I was on business travel I asked my wife to send my left hearing aid in for repair to your company. She accidently sent the right side hearing aid by mistake. The issue was that the left side hearing aid microphone was no longer working for several weeks. When I got home from my business trip on Friday, 10/20 2017 the package arrived and I found the right side hearing aid in the package, so I asked my wife which one did you send, she said she doesn't remember. Therefore, I Immediately headed to my room, opened the case, and found the defective left side hearing aid was still in the case. Since she does not wear hearing aids, she mistakenly sent the wrong side. This was an honest mistake. So the first thing Monday today I called to explain what happened a woman told me I would have to send another $199 to repair the Left one, but I told how can you repair something that worked. I have no way of knowing if it was repaired, the old microphone was not returned to prove it was repaired. Nothing stated on the packing list or receipt how it was tested or what was done to repair it. In addition, if it was truly tested why I was not notified that it was working when they received it and if I wanted to continue to be repair it for something else, after all they have all my phone numbers. This is bad business practice in any sense of the word. I am so disappointed in your company practice. I was looking towards a long-term relationship for all my hearing aid needs, but I have lost all confidence and faith in what I have gone through. Yes we all make mistakes, but as to discourage a patron is beyond reproach and unprecedented as to lose a new customer. I will do my part to contact my public official to exercise my feelings and complaints. You provide me no proof that a good working hearing was repaired.
