“Although I am happy with the service, I am not that pleased with the hearing aid. The left ear is fine but static in the right ear is constant. I lowered the values on the right ear and don't hear the static as loud. But the hearing ability in that ear is lessened. I told Krystyna about it. She seems to think I'm hearing something else or its tinnitus. Its not ringing its static. Like having your ear up to a conch or wind in the trees. When I take it out I no longer hear it. ”
