“My FIL passed away a week after receiving his hearing aids (within the 30 day warranty period). Because they route all calls to voice mail and are booking so far out for actual appointments, it's looking like I won't be able to physically return the hearing aids within their 30 day warranty period. We're grieving, we live out of state, and the challenges of dealing with this office have added significantly to our stress. Yesterday, they had a sign in their window that said they'd be back at 3:10. I waited 45 minutes for them to return. At 3:15 someone flipped the sign to closed despite their hours going til 5. No one ever returned my calls. This is a significant expense. While the technology is great, the customer support is important and seriously lacking here. ”
