“It was my first time in one of your facilities and it was in the Skaneateles office. Debra Sandbrook was the lady who did my test. She was very professional, yet very relaxing. She explained everything in terms that I could understand, also answering all the questions I had. She gave me a reasonable time frame I could expect to hear back on the information gathered .”
“Everyone is super friendly, patient, communicative, and genuinely devoted to my care. I get really helpful advice and everything is carefully explained. I am so lucky to have them as my hearing healthcare providers.”
“Always pleasant helpful and caring ”
“Every single person at the office was attentive, friendly, and professional. Best experience I’ve ever had with a hearing aid practice. I’ve struggled with hearing loss for years, along with tinnitus and misophonia. My new Phonak hearing aids from Timeless Hearing Services are helping with all of those issues! Highly recommend! ”
“Personable and helpful”
