“Chris and April have gone above and beyond to accommodate my husband's extraordinary ear anatomy and need for unique ear buds. Kudos to Chris!!!!”
“I was called several times to come in and have my hearing aids checked at NO COST TO ME. I finally set up the appointment and went in and was charged $75.00!!! Beware of pestering phone calls trying to get you into the office under false pretense. And to top it off my hearing aids no longer work with my phone! ”
“She was wonderful and very knowledgeable. ”
“My mom went into Hearing Life to have her hearing aids adjusted. They told her they were no longer any good. My mom is blind and hard of hearing and 85 yrs old. They sold her new hearing aids. They never worked right for her. She went to a different Doctor and he noticed there were little pin holes put into each hearing aid. Only a doctor or can see these and would know how to do it. ”
“My husband was tested for hearing loss here, "for free." The person testing him claimed to have excellent diction. I watched her mouth carefully and felt she was not pronouncing her b's and d's very clearly, as well as f's and s's. She then told us that my husband had considerable hearing loss and showed us the chart she had scribbled. She said he would greatly benefit from a hearing aid that cost a few thousand dollars, but that we could have it financed. We had a one week trial for it, after which we could return it. My husband noticed no difference in hearing when he was wearing it and it annoyed him in his ear, causing constant itching. After 3 days we returned it and were told that the reason he could not hear better was because he was not used to it. We returned it anyway and found that we had to pay a few hundred dollars for the hearing test! We showed the scribbled paper to our family physician who said that my husband's hearing loss was not considerable and he was not necessarily a hearing aid candidate yet. ”
