“Dr. Kalady offers a Hearing Aid Wellness Program (for a fee) which I have participated in for the past few years. I like knowing on a quarterly basis my hearing aids are checked, deep cleaned and put through the Redux Drying System to keep the aids in tip top condition. Dr. Kalady and her staff are top notch! I went in for my quarterly hearing aid cleaning and Dr. Kalady noticed there was an issue with the wire which connects the ear piece to the aid. She repaired it and I was "good to go". ”
