“I took my 93 yr old mother to Dr Kovel as she was experiencing issues with her hearing and hearing aids. Dr Kovel explained thoroughly after her hearing test, how to maintain the aids, which was the main reason for her hearing issues. Much better now! Dr Kovel even helped escort her out to the car when done with her appt!”
