“I am impressed with the attention to details concerning my hearing problems. Madeline Henry, Aud., CCC-A, COHC is very thorough , asked questions concerning the past that might have a bearing on my problem and completely explained what and how the testing is conducted, without my needing to ask. I am happy with my experience and highly recommend Link Audiology LLC and Madeline. I was referred to them by Kaiser.”
“Referred to this clinic via the VA Choice program as V.A. Audiology Clinic at American Lake V.A. Center was experiencing extended booking times. V.A. referral center asked me what local audiology clinics I would like to see and I had no idea so they picked Link Audiology for me. BINGO!! I am so pleased with their care and attention, particularly the way they honor me as a veteran! We are midway through getting me fitted with new devices and it is so wonderful to have such skilled and caring professionals right here in my own community and not having to drive through the Tacoma nightmare. They have already helped improve my hearing through modifications done on site to old aids that I'm having replaced. Evan Grolley Au.D. is very thorough and referred me to an ENT specialist for an existing problem he discovered on his initial exam. Problem is now resolved after Rx. by specialist and the order for new hearing devices is in the process with V.A. Marlyn Green, Instrument specialist, took very good care in fitting me for the new aids and took immediate care of some problems with my current aids. She has a most pleasing and comforting personality. I am so fortunate to have been referred to this clinic! ”
