“A number of years ago, I lost hearing in one ear due to a medical condition. After an exam, I was advised there was new technology that would help with my hearing loss. A cross over hearing aid was recommended and has made an amazing difference in my hearing. The office worked with insurance getting me a good partial reimbursement of cost. After receiving the new cross over hearing aid, time was spent getting it set up and answering all questions. I was very pleased with the service I received.”
