Dr. Paula Evans is a licensed audiologist who earned her Doctorate in audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. She holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Evans joined our team of professionals in 2016 bringing with her over three decades’ experience helping people achieve healthy hearing. She helps our patients in the Nicholasville and Lexington office locations.

Licensed Doctor of Audiology Stacey High serves the patients of the Lexington office. She has been with the practice since 2009. Dr. High earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Kentucky and her Doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of Louisville. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and improving their lives through better hearing.
Dr. High is originally from Mt. Washington, Kentucky and currently lives in Lexington with family where she enjoys camping and spending time with family and friends.
Licensed doctor of audiology Deanna Frazier earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Kentucky University, her Master of Arts in Communication Disorders from the University of Cincinnati and her Doctorate of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences.
When she isn't working, Dr. Frazier enjoys fishing and attending her son’s sporting events.
Dr. Shelley Heath is a licensed audiologist who joined our team of professionals in 2017. She earned her Doctorate in audiology from the University of Memphis and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Heath specializes in pediatric diagnostics.
