She also had me demonstrate that I comprehended her instructions of the hearing aids. “My first visit was an excellent experience. I had somehow broken the wire connecting to the tip, so I figured it would be a long time maybe even have to leave it to be fixed. I was greeted by Mary, the receptionist. She had a strong voice which I appreciated since I had one hearing aid on. She took all my information and then went to check with Dr Mary the audiologist to see it she could fix it. Within five minutes she returned with it fixed. I was so thankful that I made an appointment to check my hearing , clean my hearing aides, then if needed adjust them according to my hearing. One very nice visit with very nice people working for the betterment of the peoples hearing.”

Bluegrass Hearing staff are extremely helpful and customer service focused. Over the approx ten years as their customer, I have never had ann issues with staff or their product. Bluegrass Hearing has multiplalle locations. I have visited three for supplies, cleaning and service. Give any office a call, they will provide you with a location closest to your town. You won't regreat it. ”
