“I have worn hearing aids dating back to 2002. I started out with two different companies that has lots of tv commercials. I wasted over two years on each company. Leaving each due to the poor quality of their hearing aids poor follow up of their hearing aid repairs plus having the hearing aids sent out for repairs that normally took over a two weeks to get back. Finally, a friend told me about Bluegrass Hearing with multiple locations in Ky. I have been a customer now for approximately 10 years. The most common thing that gives out on hearing aids are the Hearing aid Reseaver. With Bluegrass Hearing you don’t have to wait for your hearing aid to be mailed out and then latter returned weeks latter (while your unable to hear)! With BG Hearing so call make an appointment. If I can’t get in that day, staff will make my Appoitment to another nearby location and I’m usually serviced the same day. no waiting for factory repairs of long mailing times, the can almost always repair your hearing sids while you wait on site for twenty minutes or less. I recommend Bluegrass Hearing to everyone I meet with hearing loss. Best company I’ve done business with out of 3 Hearing Aid Companies, ”

“My first visit was an excellent experience. I had somehow broken the wire connecting to the tip, so I figured it would be a long time maybe even have to leave it to be fixed. I was greeted by Mary, the receptionist. She had a strong voice which I appreciated since I had one hearing aid on. She took all my information and then went to check with Dr Mary the audiologist to see it she could fix it. Within five minutes she returned with it fixed. I was so thankful that I made an appointment to check my hearing , clean my hearing aides, then if needed adjust them according to my hearing. One very nice visit with very nice people working for the betterment of the peoples hearing.”
