“My first visit was an excellent experience. I had somehow broken the wire connecting to the tip, so I figured it would be a long time maybe even have to leave it to be fixed. I was greeted by Mary, the receptionist. She had a strong voice which I appreciated since I had one hearing aid on. She took all my information and then went to check with Dr Mary the audiologist to see it she could fix it. Within five minutes she returned with it fixed. I was so thankful that I made an appointment to check my hearing , clean my hearing aides, then if needed adjust them according to my hearing. One very nice visit with very nice people working for the betterment of the peoples hearing.”

I felt very comfortable with her and felt she did an excellent job of explaining my hearing problem and the best approach to the best product for me. Prior to Michaela I had been to several Audiologists but none of them were as helpful and knowledgeable as Michaela. You will not be disappointed in her either personally or professionally.
