“I went in for earplugs and they said it will take 2 to 3 week to be made. When I picked them and and went home, they did not work so they called me and made an appointment and they made 2 new earplugs. I picked them up and when I got home and they did not work again so we called and made an appointment again. I said to the Dr I have an infection and she looked in my ear. She said they were wrong. I said there is and she said so how do you know and I said because I have been dealing with this since I was a year old. I wanted to cry. ”
“Moved here from WA state. I am very satisfied with a highly qualified caring person. She is Tops! (Note): there were major mistakes made with the provider I had in WA. I have profound hearing loss! ”
“My experience was wonderful. She is so very patient and takes all the time you need to feel comfortable with your new aids. I would never go to anyone else. ”
“Always prompt, always listens to me, always gentle. ”
