“We found office staff friendly and helpful. Sol has spent hours with my elderly father trying to find the best aid for him and has always been honest about what the various prices actually get you. She's kind gentle and gracious. ”

“After my hearing test, I was presented with several options for regaining some of my lost hearing. Sol was friendly, encouraging and professional in dealing with me. ”

“Unlike some of these other reviews my experience was less than satisfactory. To begin with, the audiologist, Sol, demeaned the people from whom I bought my current hearing aides which are now 7 years old. She tested my hearing but there was not time enough for a full evaluation and explanation so she said I'd have to make another (paid) appointment. I returned to hear about her hearing aid recommendation for my hearing loss and she complained about "these free appointments" and touted the most expensive product. Bedside manner and trust rating: zilch!”

“I was given a lot of beneficial information, one on one attention and hands on experience. i felt free to make as many appointments necessary to feel fully confident using the hearing aid. ”

“My grandfather went to visit Sol Barros at Audiology Associates Hearing Center in Grass Valley. This lady fitted him with hearing aids that after her 45 day guarantee gave my grandfather an abrasion in his ear. They refused to get them fitted properly and refused to refund any money because the guarantee period had expired. He was only able to wear these for less than a year and a half because they didn’t fit right and fell out of his ears. They had to leave this company in November 2017. This woman refused any sort of reimbursement. I would think anyone in the healthcare industry would want to help the people they service rather than refusing to help correct the problem. I would advise anyone looking to receive decent service to avoid this.”
