Nelda is our office coordinator, and she has had an interesting career. She graduated from high school in Edcouch, Texas and attended Texas Tech for two years when family obligations moved her into the work world. She worked as a Deputy Clerk in the Lubbock Courthouse for several years and as a Nurses Aid for a couple of years. She also worked for a large commercial real estate developer as an executive secretary. But it is our blessing that Nelda came to King Hearing Center in 2003 and put her organizational and people skills to work. “Am totally new to the hearing aid world. I was terrified about getting hearing aids but when I walked into King Hearing Center it didn't take me long to be at home with them. The explanations given to me I knew the logic behind the care was real, sincere, and the truth was being given to me. Randall was so patient and searched for the best fit to my special needs of hearing and is so honest to do the very best for you in narrowing down hearing aid that best fits you. He is so calm and patient and when I asked which one is the best one for me and why...he explained. I said ok and he is a honorable gentleman that knows what is best for you. I could not wait to get my hearing aids. I have never like that before in my life. Sounds I have never before. This is like being at home with this staff and Randall and they are servants of hearts for taking care of you. Amazing hands of grace they ARE...you are in good hands...the best hands that helps you to hear the wonders of this world.”
“Randall King and his staff were very professional and friendly when I came to have my hearing checked. After having my hearing checked they explained everything about what hearing deficiencies I had and how the hearing aids could be helpful in restoring my full hearing range. All options were fully explained with no pressure to purchase a specific type of aid but rather allowing me to choose what would fit my needs and budget best. When I was fitted with my hearing aids they were very helpful and answered my questions fully. I would recommend King Hearing Center to anyone desiring a better hearing experience.”
“Randy knows his stuff, and is very pleasant, patient and thorough. A good experience! ”
“After having a bad experience at the 'highly advertised' center in Lubbock, I was ready to go to Amarillo for new hearing aids, when I listened to my wife and tried Randall King. Great experience! I haven't heard this good in 10 Years. I also feel his prices are fair. I couldn't be more pleased...and I'm hard to satisfy.”
“Very professional! ”
