“After purchasing 2 new hearing aids for my mother from Dorian Hearing Center, my elderly mother passed away about 2 months after purchase, which is over the 45 day grace period. I notified them of her death and asked if a refund might still be available. In less than a month I received a refund check. I am so very grateful to everyone for their kindness and professionalism! I recommend Dorian to any and all who are in need of hearing assistance!”
“Our visit was very pleasant. Receptionists greeted us, there was coffee and cookies, clean office and room, magazines and smiling faces. The gentleman who helped myself and granddaughter was polite, informative and did his job. Answered my questions and even allowed me to watch on the machine as he tested our grandaughter and got results. Professional, polite and shook our hand as we left letting us know to reschedule for a year. I think all of you who have written bad reviews are just too hard to please, grumpy, or don't want to think you have to do your part as well. Maybe your not asking the proper questions, want everything given and done to your demands rather than trying to resolve issues. If you have to travel a few miles, so what! If you have questions and don't get the answer you want, let them know respectfully. If they don't call you back consider they may be busy and try again. I have to call my dentist several times sometimes because they are either busy or may have lost the phone message. So what! I then go to the office without getting upset or causing problems and take care of the matter. Sometimes if things don't go your way you put up a stink. Remember, take responsibility in a positve way and help yourself by action rather than words and anger to always blame someone or something else..things will run a little smoother that way...don't be so demanding, picky, or grumpy. If you end up not liking them, or the person, or the problem.....don't complain just go somewhere else, or consider that you yourself need to change something about you! Working together is always better. Things are not prefect in this world and sometimes we have to deal with what is! Remember there is only so much that can be done for us with certain issues, especially as we get older. Doctors, technicians, etc. are practicing...why do you think it is called "practicing physician, dentist, audiologist, etc., or his/her practice"! We look to have things always as it was, rather than what is. That's idealistic, not reality; I will go back again to Dorian Hearing and so will my granddaughter. ”
