Richard N. Whitaker, Au.D., is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the University of Arizona and has been with Hearing Science since 2010. He has experience helping people hear better in a variety of settings including hospitals, ENT offices, schools and private practice.
Dina Pacheco,
AuD, CCC-A, FAAA
Audiologist
Dr. Dina Pacheco is a licensed audiologist who earned a Doctorate degree in audiology from Salus University, a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Pacheco joined our team of professionals in 2005 and works in our Rancho Cucamonga and San Bernardino office locations.

“Warning if you are a California State employee. They do not make a reasonable effort to work with your insurance representatives. The Hearing Science Office of Chino representatives claim they get the run around from Anthem PERS and do not have the time to contact them. After three months of waiting, the Hearing Science Office of Chino representative informed me they do not have the time to contact my insurance representative. Ultimately, services were not rendered, and my insurance was billed $267.61, and I paid a $35 for a co-payment and billed an additional $15.15. ”
