“We are very sorry for the confusion. We work with many different insurance plans and help thousands of patients each year use their insurance benefits here. Unfortunately when someone’s insurance plan only works with a very select group which agrees to deep discounts and only covers very limited follow-up visits, they aren’t able to use that benefit here. For tinnitus patients, we look forward to doing their follow up appointments to measure just how much progress they’ve made with their tinnitus. ”

“Marc, We understand how challenging it can be when a person has an untreated health condition, and that’s why we saw you in our office four times to try to assist you, all at no cost to you. When a person doesn’t have medical coverage or any other means to pay for our professional services or equipment, it becomes very difficult for us to continue to provide those services to them. We understand that can be upsetting. This is why we refer people in that situation to Vocational Rehabilitation to seek assistance. When someone is unable to get approved for financing and has no other way to pay for services, unfortunately there is nothing further we can offer.
