“Today I took a hearing aid for repair to Riverside ENT Williamsburg, as I’ve done since purchasing the aids 7 years ago. The office was dark. The woman told me there was no one there to service my hearing aid. And no one else in town services Winex but Riverside, where I got them. Now they say they don’t any more. I could try Riverside Newport News to see if they will have someone with the time to do it. Again, the office didn’t even have lights on. Yes this woman really did say essentially too bad and move along. Got the corporate BS … plenty of time to sell them and now won’t live up to servicing them. And too bad for me. I truly detest corporate medicine!!! Deplorable. ”
