“I saw Dr. A. R. Vollmer on Jan. 9, '23. She is professional, friendly, and interested in me as a human being. I got the impression she wanted to take all the time needed to solve my minor problem. After discussing (to determine the issue) she "tweaked" my aids just a little. The result was--now I can clearly hear dialog on TV movies even when background music is playing.
