Our initial evaluation and consultation will follow a Four-Step Process: Interview, Examination, Diagnostic Process, and Treatment Consultation. Our Diagnostic Process can incorporate a number of tests, including air and bone conduction testing, speech discrimination, tympanometry, and other more in-depth procedures. If through the Diagnostic Process we do find that you have a hearing loss, we offer a full range of Treatment Solutions. These solutions may be any of a complete line of hearing aids with accessories to give you an option that is truly personalized for your lifestyle and hearing loss. Our Service Excellence Guarantee gives you a full 75-Day Trial period in which to evaluate whether our recommendation solves your hearing problems. We also service and repair all makes and models of hearing aids. If we cannot repair your hearing aids in-office, we can send them out for service on your behalf.
