Deborah Culbertson is the Clinical Associate Professor of Audiology and the Audiology Clinic Director. She is highly qualified and has a vast array of experience. Her main focus is on hearing evaluation of children and adults, hearing aids, room acoustics and effective communication strategies.
Gregg Givens is a Professor and Chair of the Audiology department. He specializes in auditory processing and language disabilities, auditory processing and learning disabilities, aging effects on auditory abilities and infant and early developmental audition in humans.
Sharon Rutledge is the Clinical Assistant Professor in the Audiology department and has a special interest in pediatric and adult hearing evaluations, hearing aid dispensing and counseling and cochlear implants.
Andrew is a Professor in the Audiology department and has a special interest in pediatric audiology, electrophysiological assessment of auditory function, temporal Processing and cochlear implants.
At East Carolina University Speech-Language and Hearing Clinic we are staffed with highly qualified Audiologists with specialized training and all have atleast 15-30 years of clinical experience.
