“The receptionist was very difficult to deal with and wouldnt schedule an appointment until I obtained insurance authorization even though I didnt need one and would have been willing to pay out of pocket anyway.”
“I had an ongoing customer service issue that was never resolved in fact it was ignored despite my persistence. I felt Cindy's attitude was unprofessional and the organization on the whole was only interested in padding its coffers. This is NOT a service oriented firm and they cannot be trusted to address the hearing needs in the best interest of children and adults. ”
“She explained everything in detail about what she was doing and what I could expect. She was very thorough. She told me that she could see I was trying to hear things based on facial expressions, not just based on whether I said yes or no or pushed the button. She was very thorough, very friendly.”
“Excellent service by a friendly staff. After visiting other facilities I felt las though Northeast Hearing and Speech was genuinely interested in improving my hearing and not just selling me hearing aids. Thank you”
“I liked the clear, articulate discussion we were able to have in response to my questions about my hearing aids.”
