Moon Hearing Services Review
“Ms. Moon is very kind and caring in her approach to clients. She is an excellent diagnostician and willing to suggest economical solutions to hearing problems. I have recommended many people to her services. ”
“Ms. Moon never misrepresents what she is trying to do or what it will cost. She is always soft spoken and calm. I am impressed with her knowledge of the human ear. ”
“I have been a customer for 2.5 years. This is my first hearing aid. The personal care is exemplary. I have needed service twice and the turnaround time was less than a week. They are very concerned with making precise adjustments, both initially and at all the follow ups. They clearly explained all limitations of the device and the reasons for their adjustments. ”
