She has great experience as an assistant director of the cochlear implant program at University Hospital of Cleveland/Rainbow Babies and Childern Hospital in Ohio where she refined her skills working with the three FDA approved cochlear implant devices. Currently, Dr. Ford is a staff audiologist and the clinical coordinator of cochlear implants for the Sounds of Life Cochlear Implant Program at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.
